Mi investigación científica de tipo básico: Se centra en la obtención de conocimiento sobre los procesos magmáticos y geodinámicos de la litosfera, en particular de los vestigios petrológicos y tectónicos de los últimos 30Ma en el limite transformante de las placas Pacífico-Norte Americana.

Mis investigaciones científicas de tipo aplicado: Se enfocan en la solución de problemas geoarqueológicos (caracterización petrológica de lítica y su procedencia), paleoclimáticos (Geoquímica y caracterización geológica de vestigios cuaternarios), y de yacimientos minerales no-metálicos (Exploración, caracterización y valoración de depósitos de perlita).
