Victor Hugo Benitez Baltazar,
se graduó como Ingeniero en Comunicaciones y Electrónica por la Universidad de Guadalajara, México en 1999. Obtuvo la maestría y el doctorado en ciencias en 2002 y 2009 respectivamente por el Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados del IPN en el área de Ingeniería Electrica con especialidad en Control Automático. Ha trabajado en la industria maquiladora en las áreas de ingeniería de pruebas y en la maquila de circuitos impresos PCB. Actualmente se desempeña como Profesor de Tiempo Completo en la Universidad de Sonora y profesor de cátedra en el Tec de Monterrey, impartiendo las materias de microcontroladores, control de sistemas bio-mecatrónicos y robótica. Sus áreas de interés incluyen el control de systemas bio-mecatrónicos; el control inteligente aplicado al control de sistemas electromecánicos y el diseño de sistemas mecatrónicos en el ambiente del internet de las cosas.
