Abstract
This chapter intends to expose the nature, organizational structure and development áreas in wich the National Laboratory of Housing and Sustainable Communities (LNVCS) is currently being developed. The discussion starts in one hand with the profile of its members, geographical distribution, complentary criteria, lines of research, human resources training, and knowledge transfer and linking strategies; to farther describe the conceptualization of its organizational structures and operation. Finally, the document exposes the role of the LNVCS as an articulator of science, technology and social innovation consortiums, and its mo.
