Reconfiguración de la profesión académica en las escuelas normales

Abstract

This paper formulates the results of a methodology that studied the impact of the gouvernmental proyect of improvement of teaching (Promep), within the institutions of higher education. The methodology was applied determining the function of the so called "academic groups" as an instrument to enface the challanges of the Promep. The paper also tries to apply the mentioned methodology as a tool for educational institutions of other kind, as thouse named NORMAL, enfacing the same challange.
