The infantile development is analyzed from investigating the existent relation with the mother stress that she experiences during the raising and the stimulation that the child receives at home, with infants from one to five years of age in the Terena de Corrego do meio village in the municipality of Sidrolandia in the State of ``Mato Grosso do Sul{''} in Brazil. 23 mothers with children under the age of six were interviewed. The categories used in a study of participative observation were the Index of parental stress, stimulation at home, networks of social support, Integral Development, interaction father - mother - son and paternal support. The results make see that the security perceived on the surroundings allows that the children have contact with water, earth, wind and fire as playful categories and it results as mother stress associated to health and education, but not to lack and competitions, depression or problems with the pair.
