N2 - In the present work, the optical resonances of different silver nanoparticle systems with cylindrical symmetry are studied by using the COMSOL Multiphysics® professional package. The purpose of the research is to analyze the dependence of optical resonances on the geometry. We found a strong dependence between plasmons and geometry.
