Resumen

The objective of this work was to develop an in vitro seedling production protocol and acclimatization methodology for Krameria erecta, from axillary bud and leaf explants obtained in vitro and grown in WPM/50 medium with a hormonal combination of 1.5 mgL–1AIB and 0; 0.5; 1.0; 1.5 and 2.0 mg L–1AG3. A completely randomized design with factorial arrangement was used. In the multiplication of seedlings according to the hormonal interaction of 1.5 and 2.0 mg L–1 AG3/1.5 mg L–1 AIB, 87 to 87.33% of new specimens were obtained in leaves and in axillary bud 64.00 to 65% of individuals. The average height in the vitroplantlets in general was 11.00 to 13.00 cm with hormonal interaction and concentrations. In transplant survival, the vitroplantlets obtained from axillary bud did not show significant differences between the hormonal interaction and concentrations, presenting a 97.66 to 98.33% survival, while in the leaf it was 97.33 to 97.66% without record significant differences. The survival of vitroplantlets in pots did not present significant differences in axillary bud and leaves, with 97 to 98.66% survival after transplant. In nursery survival, significant differences were observed between vitroplantlets generated from axillary bud (87.66 to 97.00% survival) and those from leaves (78.66 to 80% survival). No pests or diseases were detected in the nursery, which can guarantee the production of healthy Krameria erecta seedlings for conservation and plantations for medicinal purposes.
