Resumen
The aim is to present a critical review of the book from Oscar Villanueva From students
to teachers, transitions and dilemmas in professional incorporations which for its
qualitative and conceptual position is a work that studies the initial process of work
adjustment of basic education teachers in Mexico. It emphasizes the critical role of the
union and government bureaucracies in the characterization of incorporation into the
teaching job.
