Resumen
The present work reports the results of investigating the absorption, photoluminescence (PL), and TSL of LiF-Mg, Ti crystals with different oxygen contents. LiF crystals activated by MgF//2 and TiO//2 are grown by a method described elsewhere. To reduce the oxygen concentration in the crystals, fluoridation of the melt of thermal-decomposition products of fluoroplastic (C//2F//4) and lithium hydrofluoride (LiF multiplied by (times) HF) is used, or else addition of a definite amount of lithium hydride to the initial batch.
